Celebrating BonaWomen Leaders! We would like to introduce to you all women leaders behind the success of BNKD. This week we are showcasing BonaWomen Leaders in the Operations Division. These incredible women are at the helm of providing service delivery to our clients.
Sikelelwa, affectionately known as Siki, has more than 16 years Auditing and Consulting experience. She joined BNKD in 2015 as Project Manager in the Consulting Division and was promoted Senior Manager in 2020. When the company introduced its revised corporate structure in 2021, Siki was named Regional Executive for the Central Region (KZN, EC), a position she occupies currently. She leads and provides leadership to a diverse team of highly qualified professionals that work to achieve excellence within numerous product lines including Internal Audit, External Audit, Operation Clean Audit (OPCA), Revenue Enhancement Strategies, Simplified Revenue Plans, and Financial Consulting and Advisory. As Regional Executive, one of her key tasks is to grow our client base in the Eastern Region, particularly in the Eastern Cape where we recently established a local office in East London, as part of our national footprint expansion strategy.
