Formation

2010 – 2012

  • Founded in April 2010 in Durban, through a JV agreement between Mr VL Mtshali CA(SA) and Aitken Lambert Ellsworth Charted Accountants.
  • Operated from a small office, with just 3 personnel.
  • Became 100% black owned & managed as from 01 March 2012.

Strategic Repositioning

2013 – 2014

  • Professionalised the company inline with industry professional standards.
  • Recruited a management team and Strategic Repositioning 2025 was developed and implemented.
  • Local governement clientele grew significantly.

Consolidation & Growth

2015 – 2016

  • Opened office in Johannesburg to service our growing list of clients in other provinces.
  • Staff compliment grew to 25.
    Launched a new logo in line with the future strategic direction

Innovation & Expansion

2017 – 2018

  • Adopted innovation as a growth strategy.
  • The FAR Asset Management System was developed and implemented.
  • Grew our client base beyond local government and beyond KZN.
  • Grew from Small to Medium-size.
  • Staff compliment grew to 40.
  • Conceptualised and delivered the Local Government Asset Management Indaba in collaboration with SALGA KZN.
  • Moved into Bonakude House as part of our consolidation & growth strategy.

Established Business

2019 – 2022

  • FAR Revenue Management System (Meter Auditing and Meter Reading) was developed as part of our on going innovation drive.
  • SAICA accredited to train future Charted Accountants and Internal Auditors.
  • Recognised and celebrated nationally with prestigious accolades and recognition for excellence across a wide range of business focus areas.
  • Celebrated a DECADE of BonaTALENT in 2020.
  • Staff compliment grew to 113 in 2021 (Inclusive of 20 employees recruited during the lockdown in 2020.)
  • Opened new offices in East London and Polokwane as part of our National Footprint Expansion Strategy.
