As we commemorate June 16, we would like to take time and pay a special tribute to all our young people of South Africa, including our very own BonaYouth.
This is a very special day in South Africa’s calendar as it acknowledges the role young people have played in shaping our democracy that we enjoy today. However, it is a pity that the Youth Unemployment Rate is still very high in our country, currently sitting at 46.3% in Quarter 1 of 2021.
At Bonakude (BNKD), we remain committed towards prioritising youth recruitment, development and empowerment. Youth constitutes 84% of our total staff compliment of 109 employees, with an average employee age of 31 years.
BonaPeople continue to work tirelessly and serve our clients with distinction. Many of them joined Bonakude at a relatively young age. Today, some of them are looking after our key accounts.
